Candidate Requirements:MatricDegree/Diploma in HospitalityMust have at least 2 - 3 years working experience in a Front of House / Reservations roleMust have excellent client and interpersonal skillsMust be able to handle difficult situationsStrong administrative skills, experience working with reservationsStrong computer skills with experience using NightsbridgeMust have experience with managing inventory and stockMust have experience with managing financial records.
Experience using SAGE Accounting beneficialMust have good communication skills and be fluent in English and AfrikaansMust have a valid Driver's License and own reliable transportMust be able to work well under pressureMust have a good attention to detailThis is a live-in position (shared staff house)Work on weekends and public holidays, 5 days on and 2 days off (during the week)One staff meal per day when on duty
