About the role: As a Front of House team member for Future Hospitality Group, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Providing detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions. Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff. Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area. Collaborating with the entire team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. What we are looking for: Previous experience with table service. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and menu items - Mexican knowledge a bonus! Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
