Requirements

Relevant Certification in Hospitality - preferred
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior Front of House position
Excellent Planning and Organizing skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Decision making skills
Excellent Time Management skills
Leadership Skills
Structure and Rules Orientation
Excellent People Skills
Office Administration experience
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Excellent PC skills – fully versed in Microsoft Office and Front Office Systems (Opera) as well as online OTAs
