Requirements
2- 3 years' experience in a similar position
Previous hotel experience beneficial
Clear and articulate communication
Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to guest enquiries
Strong written communication
Familiarity with property management systems
Skilled in upselling hotel services
Ability to identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience while increasing revenue
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, especially during peak periods
Ability to manage several duties simultaneously without compromising on service quality
High standards of personal grooming and adherence to the hotel's dress code policy
Professional appearance that aligns with the hotel's brand image
Ability to anticipate guests' needs and resolve issues before they escalate
Creative thinking to offer personalised solutions to enhance the guest experience
