Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering 2 – 3 years experience leading a front-end software development team 2+ years experience working as a developer in a software development team Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) Proven ability to mentor and guide team members in front-end development best practices Beneficial Experience Previous experience working in the Fintech industry.
Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
