They are dedicated to delivering reliable solutions and maintaining a diverse fleet of equipment to meet the needs of various industries.Location: PolokwaneSalary: R15,000.00.Reporting to: Branch ManagerHours: Monday – Thursday: 07h30 – 17h00, Friday: 07h30 – 16h00, Every other Saturday: 07h30 – 11h00QualificationsValid driver's licenseProficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale softwareStrong customer service, reporting, and leadership skillsExperience in a similar role with a track record of handling pressure and team managementKey ResponsibilitiesManage customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person.Oversee payment processes and handle customer repairs, quotes, invoicing, and credits.Manage machine bookings, job cards, and filing.Vet new customer accounts and assist with approvals.Conduct debtor follow-ups and manage the branch kiosk.Perform vehicle inspections, order supplies, and complete month-end duties.Handle ad hoc tasks including scrapping machines, data top-ups, and supplier management.If you meet the above requirements and want to be part of a growing company, please apply.
