Store Location: Sandton City Mall Position Description: Front Desk Representative Starting date: Immediate Key Competencies Excellent computer literacy & Microsoft Office ability Strong Customer service skills & Service Industry knowledge Excellent Command of the English language- Written & Verbal Friendly, diplomatic & professional Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic & ambitious Detail oriented Firm and pleasant personality Excellent time management & punctuality Very good administrative, organizational & follow-up skills Present a neat, clean and professional appearance Working Hours Some late nights and early mornings Will be scheduled to work shifts during shopping mall hours-including weekends Retail hours plus extra hours over festive season months Qualifications & Experience Applicants must be mature Able to work retail hours Must have hotel hospitality experience Knowledge & understanding of high customer service principles & practices Excellent people skills, detail oriented & dedicated in assisting people Must have managerial experience Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented Retail Sales knowledge a plus
