Full job descriptionA front desk receptionist is responsible for the following :Welcoming and seeing to the needs of visitors.Ensure all visitors to the company are received and directed to the correct places promptlyAttending to customer needs and special requestsUpholding the business values and reputation.Distributing tasks to fellow employees and overseeing the success of these tasksManaging the correctness and accuracy of information & communication systemsEnsure messages are correctly relayed to the relevant employeesGeneral Administration duties performed as and when requiredAssist with photocopying when requiredEnsure that all filing is done accurately and kept up to dateRequirements :Work on Weekends, and public holidays as per industry normReliable transportation to workExcellent computer skills and computer literacyAbility to speak fluent English as well as excellent communication skillsAttention to detailComprehensive skills1 year experience in hospitalityJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
