Qualifications: Grade 12 Matric qualificationMinimum of three years of proven experience in Retail Management.SAP proficient in Stock and Sales. Professional Expertise: Stock Management: Implement robust strategies to control inventory levels, ensure optimal stock availability, and minimize losses.Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain strict adherence to relevant legislation and risk management standards to safeguard the business.Financial Acumen: Manage cash flow effectively, oversee financial transactions with accuracy, and maintain a keen eye on profitability.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.Change Management: Adapt and thrive in dynamic environments, leading your team through transitions with clarity and guidance.
