This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.
To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an additional Freelance IT Recruiter (f/m/d) Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice Location: Anywhere - remote im EMEA time zone RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively source top-tier candidates through your preferred channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, with a primary focus on identifying talent for clients in Germany and Austria.
Evaluate candidate profiles based on their qualifications and potential fit for specific job roles, using pre-defined criteria.
Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities, fostering ongoing relationships.
Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and indivHR.
