The Freelance Trainers will be responsible for delivering tailor-made soft skills training programs to students and middle-level employees. The role is primarily located in Nelspruit but offers flexibility for some remote work.Responsibilities:Conduct training programs effectively.Utilize strong presentation and communication skills.Tailor training programs to meet specific audience needs.Possess knowledge of industry-specific certification courses.Work part-time with flexibility for remote work.Previous experience in soft skills training is a plus.Hold certification in relevant training or education fields.QualificationsTrainer or Facilitator or EDTP Competency Certificate and Assessor Competency CertificateWe need Trainers and Assessors with Competency Certificates in the following fields:Comp A & B and Blasting Assistant (SP)TMM Vehicles (Dozer, Dump Truck etc.)Mobile machines Forklift, skid steer (bobcat) etc.Cranes OH, mounted and mobileSafety Training, HIRA, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Working on heights, Legal liability, SHEREPBasic Rigging, ScaffoldBasic weldingPlant related Training Conveyor Belts, crushers
