Salary Freelance, dependant on experience We are seeking skilled mould makers to assist in the creation of plaster molds for the production of ceramic and porcelain miniatures. The project involves creating production molds from existing 3D-printed prototypes. The ideal candidate will have experience in mold-making techniques specifically for small, high-detail items, as well as familiarity with materials such as plaster for ceramics.Skills and Experience RequiredExperience: Proven experience in mold-making, especially for ceramics or porcelain.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the entire mold-making process, including considerations for repeated castings.Attention to Detail: Ability to replicate intricate details accurately and ensure quality control in each batch.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to mold production and quality assurance.
