With inspections, audits, and certifications, we support food growers, producers, and retailers, as well as businesses in food service and hospitality, securing their food products' journey from farm to shelf and fork.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking to fill two vacant positions for freelance auditors to assist with our South African and Indian Ocean certification needs. We are looking for experienced professionals who can contribute to our development in the region.Key Responsibilities:Conduct audits in accordance with Global Gap, BRCGS, IFS, and similar certification schemes.Identify non-compliances and provide constructive feedback to improve processes.Write detailed and accurate audit reports.Utilize auditing tools and software efficiently.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest standards are met.Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of auditing experience in Global Gap, BRCGS, IFS, or similar certification schemes.Relevant certifications or qualifications in the aforementioned standards, with a strong understanding of industry-specific best practices.Proven ability to conduct thorough audits, identify non-compliances, and provide constructive feedback.Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in auditing tools and software.Fluency in English is essential; additional languages would be an asset.Availability to take on freelance assignments with flexible working hours, including potential travel requirements.We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals who are eager to contribute to our mission.
