We pride ourselves on being able to provide winning client solutions delivered across 7 core capability areas: Data & Consumer Insights; Shopper Marketing & Integrated RTM; Field Marketing; Events & Activations; Promotional, Risk, Reward & Loyalty and Retail POS Strategy.Job DescriptionScope of the roleA creative individual who loves Art Direction and Digital Design, who thinks in pictures and pixels, responsible for campaigns from creative concept through to execution.Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):Interpret client briefs alongside the client service team, conceptualize, present and executeCreate artwork from template-based designsCreate artwork in line with brand CI and digital content creationRoll-out of campaign collateralWork closely with other creative teams to help roll out artwork across a wide range of collateral, from printed media to digital contentWork with the wider studio team to deliver technically accurate artwork solutionsTo continually develop technical skills appropriate to the roleKeep abreast of current trends and industry best practiceQualifications / Experience / Skills:Relevant tertiary qualification in Art Direction / Graphic DesignAt least 2-3 years working experience in an Advertising Agency as an Art Director or in a similar roleProficient in InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopKnowledge of and experience in Figma will be advantageousKnowledge of and experience in HTML5 web banner creation (Google Web Designer)Knowledge of and experience in producing motion graphics and video edits for social media and digital POS (After Effects)Excellent communication skillsStrong time management skillsStrong multitasking skillsPersonal AttributesTeam player with the ability to work independentlyAble to remain calm in a highly pressurized environmentAssertiveProactiveResilientApproachableEnergeticCreative "out of the box" strategic thinkerProblem solver / solution drivenMeticulous with attention to detailOther:Flexible to work beyond normal office hours (overtime if and when required)Comfortable to work from the Publicis Groupe office (if and when required)Comfortable to work on alcohol brandsInterested candidates must please submit a concise CV along with a portfolio.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
