Franchise Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Large upmarket Real Estate brand is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to take on the New Franchise Sales and Business Development role for the Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal regions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of the Franchise Division by opening new franchise offices in key areas.Requirements:Residential real estate experience.Exposure to franchising essential.Ability to travel as frequent travel is required within the Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal regions.Strong sales profile with a proven track record in the Real Estate Sector is essential.Self-driven and systematic.Excellent interpersonal skills; a natural people person.Duties:Lead the expansion of the Franchise Division in Gauteng and KwaZulu Natal by identifying key areas for potential franchise openings.Actively canvass potential franchisees. Follow up with leads, negotiate franchise agreements, and close deals with new franchisees.Manage the complete rollout and opening process of new franchise offices as per the Franchise Operations Manual.Oversee the ongoing business development of newly opened offices to ensure growth and increased turnover.Set and monitor annual targets for each office.Provide monthly performance reports to the Divisional Head regarding franchise sales targets and office openings.Manage any staff required for the execution of your duties.Handle franchise leads in other regions, referring them as necessary and receiving franchise referral fees upon successful sales.Desired Skills:Business developmentFranchise managementFranchise managerProperty franchising
