The Business Analyst will manage end-to-end business requirements, driving process improvements, and bridging the gapbetween business stakeholders and technical teams.Responsibilities: Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system development.Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and areas for optimisation.Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and validated with stakeholders before proceeding to implementation.Prioritise and manage the backlog of business requirements in alignment with company goals.Drive process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.Develop end-to-end process maps and workflows to identify automation opportunities.Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of projects.Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and quality requirements.Provide guidance on best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Present findings, solutions, and progress updates to management and business teams clearly and effectively.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned and engaged.Essential Requirements:Matric Certificate.Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.Bachelors degree in business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field would be an advantage.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, driving process improvements, and delivering system implementations.Strong track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, developers, and business teams to deliver solutions.Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
