Role Overview: As our Founding Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, identifying and losing new business opportunities while fostering lasting relationships with our clients.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to refine our sales strategy, establish best practices, and contribute to the company's overall success.
Responsibilities: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on building a sustainable revenue pipeline.
Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in our target market.
Partner with the leadership team to refine messaging, improve processes, and optimize sales operations.
Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to influence product development and company direction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in specific industry, e.g., SaaS, marketing services for ecommerce/hotels.
Ability to build sales structures.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to sales.
