Curriculum Delivery: Implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with national standards. Classroom Management: Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic and social growth. Student Assessment: Monitoring and evaluating student progress through a variety of assessment methods. Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child. Outdoor Education: Utilizing the lodge's natural surroundings to enhance learning experiences and foster environmental stewardship. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience teaching in the Foundation Phase (Grades R to 3). Passion for wildlife, conservation, and outdoor education. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
