The incumbent will be required to assist in the success of projects done by the foundation department. Organize and administer multiple programs supported by the foundation. Those programs may include fundraising activities, administration of programs, campaigns, and identifying opportunities to enhance our engagement with our target audience.Qualifications, Experience & CompetenciesMinimum QualificationsMatricNational Diploma or Degree in Public / Business Administration / Communications or any relevant qualification.Computer literacy – Microsoft OfficeExperience and Knowledge RequiredMinimum of 3 years experience in coordination.Ability to think and act strategically and provide sound judgment.Effective communication skills, both oral and written; attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and stay organized under tight deadlines.Ability to understand and follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently.Demonstrated sensitivity to the cultural differences that exist among churches, the organization's service population, and staff.Ability to work across levels of the organization.Skills and Competencies RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Organization and planning skills.Adaptability to a dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail.A sense of proactiveness and urgency to complete tasks.Key Performance AreasLeading Foundation Projects and campaigns from an idea/initiation stage to execution and implementation.Maintaining accurate records and documentation.Present the brand and its culture in an appealing and positive light.Draw up monthly/weekly project plans with clear objectives timeously.Produce monthly reports to the foundation manager.Meet required deadlines timeously.Working with other department heads and staff to discuss the foundation plans for assistance.Communicate with contributing organizations/stakeholders and follow up on deadlines issued – proactively.Excellent knowledge of the group's culture and knowing what the business entails to direct content and community engagement accordingly.Evaluating the effectiveness of the foundation's programs and initiatives.Ensuring that the foundation is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Performing other duties as assigned by the Foundation Manager.Closing date for CV submissions is 27 March 2024 at 17:00.
