Minimum RequiredRed Seal Mechanical Trade Test, Diesel or Forklift Trade2 - 3 years product related mechanical experienceComputer LiteracyStrong communication skills - Internal and external customersInteractions and exposure in engaging with authority on snr levelsKPA 1: Ensure the efficient and effective daily planning, completion of mechanical repairs and services - Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner and minimize downtime of forklifts to ensure operational continuity. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and PPE requirements.KPA 2:Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace - Maintain cleanliness in the workplace (field and company premises), organize tools and equipment, dispose of waste materials, such as used parts, fluids, and packaging inline with set policy and procedures. Regularly clean and remove debris to prevent slips, trips and falls, report unsafe acts. Ensure allocated company vehicle is always kept clean and tidy inline with Company vehicle policyKPA 3: Ensure achievement of Sales Targets inline with Budget requirements - To ensure the successful achievement of monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share on a continuous basisKPA 4: Customer service - Ensure professional and effective customer service at all times, solution selling being productive inline with selling external hours.KPA 5: Ensure effective administration - Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Provide clear and detailed reports on work performed and recommendations for further action.
