Liaises with internal computer investment auditors to reduce risk in the company.Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Maintain excellent relationships with Police, Interbank Card Fraud committee, and internal FNB Card Departments such as Legal, Risk, HR, Public Relations, IT security, and Forensic audit to ensure that we remain up to date with Fraud trends as well as assist in industry decision making to combat fraud.Develop and maintain a network of experts to ensure communication of solutions, benefits, risks, and innovations in the area of specialization.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Make decisions on arrests and represent FNB in Courts of law during prosecution of criminals, always protecting the reputation of the Bank.
