Foreman

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth transportation of materials, optimizing belt performance, and leading a team to ensure the highest safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the operation and maintenance of underground conveyor belts. Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Train and manage a team of belt operators and maintenance personnel. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless material transport. Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, repairs, and inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Underground Belt Foreman or similar role. In-depth knowledge of conveyor belt systems and underground mining operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with mining safety regulations and procedures.
