Wanting to develop and be challenged - every day The role as a Sales Consultant at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change means a stimulating everyday life where no two days are the same. As an employee in one or more of our branches, you will work actively together with your team, characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.
Your duties vary but primarily include: Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency.Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures.Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales.Participation in day-to-day sales activities and marketing projects.We are looking for individuals with the following qualities: Flexible to work in late afternoon shifts during weekdays and at various shift times during the weekends.Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, customer service, and working towards set goals.Service-oriented and always eager to deliver the best possible services for the highest possible profitability.Responsible with an eye for detail, completing tasks with great accuracy and in a timely manner.Team player who enjoys collaborating with others.Good computer knowledge, mainly within Microsoft Office suite.Customer service experience or experience working in sales activities.You are fluent in English; fluency in other languages would be advantageous.What can you expect from us? Hours: Part-time hours each week including afternoon/late evening shifts within weekdays and day/afternoon shift patterns during weekends. (With consideration to seasonal changes) Before applying, you will need to consider whether you have transport available to enable you to travel to and from home. Since our branches are located in a security-classified area at an airport, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Criminal History Check process as part of our standard recruitment process.
