Foreclosure Secretary

Key Responsibilities: Draft Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices, and all related banking litigation documentation. Independently manage approximately 20 cases daily. Communicate effectively with banks, debtors, Sheriff offices, and other involved parties. Maintain and meet strict turnaround times. Minimum Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in Banking Foreclosure procedures. Proficiency in GHOST PRACTICE, SB/CLF Legal, and CACS systems. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Solid command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
