Foreclosure Attorney/Paralegal

A well established Law Firm in Pretoria East has a vacancy for a Foreclosure Attorney or a Paralegal who has experience managing a foreclosure portfolio. This will be a 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent The successful Candidate will be responsible for handling and running a foreclosure portfolio for one of the major banks in South Africa. Must have solid background in banks related foreclosure processes. Knowledge of all foreclosure steps and specifically with strong background in drafting and or vetting summons and applications for default judgements. Knowledge of the SB Legal and CACS systems. Working knowledge of Lexpro. Computer literate. Goal orientated. Previous experience in managing a team. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Sound legal knowlege.
