Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure optimum stock levels.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey performance areas:System coordination for supplier accounts to optimize the most profitable order patterns/frequencyItem parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting resultsPlace supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and servicePromotional planning and replenishmentProject managementData analysis and reportingDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate must have:Matric with a relevant degreeMinimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageousExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Computer literate (Excel – Advanced would be advantageous)Product and market knowledgeAbility to cope under pressureExcellent planning and organizational skillsProven leadership skillsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Package & RemunerationTo be discussed during the interview stage.
