JOB SPECIFICATIONS Ensure departmental sales in line with budgetsEnsure the delivery of a consistent customer shopping experience in line with the agreed service levelsManage Foods operational standards and ensure that controls are adhered to for in-store shrinkage, waste and stock accuracyEnsure timeous replenishment of stockImplement and monitor all departmental activitiesManage Hot Foods StandardsManage accurate and timeous completion of daily Stores Foods processesConduct weekly risk documentationPeople management – staffing, performance management, training & development, employee relationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Matric or equivalent NQF levelRelevant tertiary qualification advantageousBetween 1-3 years of relevant managerial experienceTechnological proficiencyUnderstanding of stock managementInnate awareness and knowledge of Foods and retail trends
