FOODS DEPARTMENT MANAGER | DURBAN UPPER HIGHWAY Salary: Market Related Our client, a retail "giant" multinational group, are looking for Department Managers for their stores across various regions. MAIN PURPOSE To attract and grow our customer base, through a customer facing or supportive role and in doing so increase the market share, turnover and profitability. To provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer care, a world class shopping experience for our customers, to play a role in minimising risk and increasing profitability in your store. Entry Requirement: Grade 11 or NQF3 completed, and Grade 12 will be advantageous ? Retail and or Business Management Diploma would be advantages ? 2-5 years role experience as a Supervisor or Manager in Retail ? Retail experience highly advantages ? Team Management would be advantages ? Leadership and Management experience would be advantageous ? Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements
