Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Lead Food Technologist to formulate and optimize chicken product recipes.
Conduct trials and experiments to achieve desired taste, texture, and nutritional profiles.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures for new and existing products.
Conduct regular sensory evaluations and quality assessments Maintain accurate and detailed records of product formulations, processes, and test results Generate reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
Work closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process and market launch.
Collaborate with the lead food technologist to address feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Assist in the identification and sourcing of quality ingredients for product development Stay informed about ingredient trends and market availability Ensure that all new products adhere to local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to obtain necessary certifications.
