One Family.Key Accountabilities/OutcomesOwnership and maintenance of site Food Safety Management Systems.Report KPIs and site compliance to GM QA as required.Verification of root cause analysis, effective corrective and preventative actions arising from any non-conformances raised by customers, authorities, internal and external audits.Develop and enhance company policies, systems, and procedures to meet requirements of customers, certification bodies, legislation, company objectives, and industry 'best practice' etc.Conduct validation of OPRP, CCPs, and cleaning programs.Ensure that OPRP and CCP are effectively monitored during production processes and deviations are acted upon with urgency.Develop and deliver food safety training programs for all Associates, emphasizing best practices, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability, and following-up with Associates.Ensure that Associates receive the relevant food safety training, including refresher training, appropriate for the role.Lead the food safety complaints related investigations.Manage test plans for product and environmental monitoring.Accomplish food safety objective by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.Coordinate certification and customer audits.Assist in ensuring that monthly micro testing is completed, and reports completed on time.Develop, maintain and report required operational information to management. Ensure that all food safety related information required for regulatory reviews and reporting is maintained by the plant.Qualification/Skills/ExperienceDegree/ BTech in Food Science and Technology or BSc degree in Microbiology.Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a FSQA related field.Minimum 3 years of risks management and auditing experience.3-5 years managerial experience.Good people management skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Computer literate and MS Office proficient.Must have advanced HACCP Certificate.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
