Food & Beverage Manager required for Restaurant in Umhlanga. Candidates with 8+ years F&B management experience will be considered.The person will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations, managing all stock and purchasing. Main duties will include stock control and all stock-related administration.Looking for a strong communicator with exceptional organizing skills. Must be skilled in health and safety and have the ability to work under pressure. Applicants should be proficient in liquor and food stock control. Experience in a multi-bar, kitchen venue is beneficial.Must be energetic and passionate about hospitality. Salary R 20 – 25K. Quote reference RA86 when applying.
