Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar at a luxury boutique lodge in Limpopo. This role focuses on delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing F&B teams, ensuring profitability, and upholding high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing costs, inventory control, team training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar, room service, and event spaces
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling
Prepare reports and forecasts to meet financial targets
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Handle guest complaints efficiently and drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of liquor licensing laws and RSA certification
Familiarity with financial reporting and inventory systems
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
