Food & Beverage Floor Manager

As a Food & Beverage Floor Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage outlets.
You will also supervise the Food & Beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest service standards are always upheld.
We're looking for a positive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis.
Flexibility with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts over weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will have: 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or events,exceptional leadership, supervisory, and communication skills,a friendly, positive, and 'can-do' attitude,a current LCQ and Manager's License.Every Role Offers $30 - $33 gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,a fun, diverse working environment including free gondola and luge rides for family and friends,a place in a dynamic, values-driven, and growing international organization,free staff meals and $1 coffees,accommodation options.Join Our Team No two days are ever the same at Skyline.
