Job DescriptionThe efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.Proactively managing and resolving guest complaints.Working hands-on alongside the team, leading and developing your team members by assisting with service, training and ongoing development.Adhere and uphold RSA principles and liquor licensing guidelines at all times.Liaising with guests, Chef and Kitchen brigade on the menu, guest feedback and service issues.Upholding and maintaining a clean, hygienic and ALLSafe working environment.QualificationsPassion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.Someone who can think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement.Have the ability to work various evenings including weekends and public holidays.RSA Certification.Additional InformationAt Accor, we are committed to ensuring our people #feelwelcome and #feelvalued by creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
