Food And Beverage Service Ambassador

Food  and  Beverage  Service  Ambassador (Monthly Paid) This highly acclaimed Hotel prides itself on being a respected & progressive employer brand, celebrated for our investment in employee wellness, the broader community & the environment.
We are looking to recruit Food and Beverage Service Ambassadors who are responsible to ensure our guests receive world-class service, award winning cuisine and memorable experiences at our conference & events, room service, bars, restaurants, and lounge.
As a Food and Beverage Service Ambassador , you will work in any food and beverage outlet such as room service, lounge, restaurant and conference and events.
You will prepare the area for service, welcome and seat guests, serve guests from the start to the finish of their dining or conference experience whilst providing personalized guest experiences, upselling products, and meeting targets.
Requirements: - Matric - Sommelier experience (advantageous) -   Work various shifts -   Immediately available -   Work across multiple functions (restaurant, room service, lounge, conference & events) -   Use of micros and speed point machine operations.
-   Previous relevant up market restaurant experience in a 4* or equivalent environment.
