We are seeking an
experienced and highly motivated Food and Beverage Manager
to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This is a key leadership role requiring exceptional organizational skills and a dedication to providing world-class dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all food and beverage services, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain menus in collaboration with the culinary team, ensuring variety and excellence in quality.
Supervise and train food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall lodge operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
A relevant qualification in hospitality or food and beverage management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a 5-star or luxury establishment.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
