Manage with Flair: Oversee daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring compliance with concepts and standards.
Cost Control Guru: Organize daily restaurant operations with an eye on cost control while providing an exceptional experience.
Minimum requirements: Education: Grade 12 or equivalent; an accommodation certificate or hotel school diploma is a plus!
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel environment.
F&B Savvy: Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the F&B department is essential.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) is a must; experience with Opera is a bonus!
