Food And Beverage Manager

Under the direction of the General Manager, and within the limits of the hotel's policies and procedures, the F&B Manager will supervise and control all catering outlets including conferencing in the hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits, timeframes, and legal parameters, particularly liquor law.The F&B Manager must lead by example, be hands-on, work with passion, and be strict on procedure while being supportive towards staff.
Outlets include:Jack at SKYE Rooftop BarLondon Road BistroGoods Receiving StoresBreakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Room ServiceConference venueEventsShift work, weekend work, and duty manager shifts will apply.
GAAP experience is a must.
