We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, room service, and conferencing areas. The successful candidate will lead the F&B team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence while maintaining profitability and adherence to high standards.
Position Overview
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for:
Leading the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Managing food and beverage costs, inventory, and menu standards.
Overseeing all F&B outlets and ensuring their cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety and licensing guidelines.
Developing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and manage departmental budgets.
Conducting regular staff training, appraisals, and recruitment to maintain a motivated and professional team.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a senior food and beverage management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant and bar operations, including cost control and inventory management.
Exceptional guest service orientation and communication skills.
Ability to perform Duty Management shifts and coordinate with other departments.
Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is highly advantageous.
Experience in training and mentoring teams to achieve service excellence.
