Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and memorable experience. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest needs are met. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and bookings with a high level of professionalism. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments smoothly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements: Previous experience in front office roles in a hospitality setting, ideally in a 5-star hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in hotel management software. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. Be the first point of contact for our guests and create lasting impressions at our luxury hotel.
