To provide strategic partnership to multiple marketing leads by assessing business needs, offering marketing solutions, advising and directing the input into the development of relevant marketing programmes or strategic initiatives in line with the business strategic direction through the marketing value chain (consulting, programme leadership, strategic solutioning, development, execution and reporting and measurement)

Job Responsibilities:
Consult with multiple business stakeholders to identify, assess marketing needs and offer innovative solutions
Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across business areas and across the group
Develop marketing plans from the multiple-franchise or segment business and marketing strategies
Identify and participate in activities that are appropriate for own development as a life-long learner
Plan, design and manage assigned marketing programmes or initiatives and monitor progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action
Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility
Manage expenditure planning and variances within approved budget parameters
Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes
Development of pillar or customer marketing strategies and plans in line with the business strategic direction and the marketing value chain for the respective pillar or sub-segments
Job Requirements:
Leveraging capabilities of direct marketing, digital performance marketing, social media marketing, above-the-line, digital and traditional media and content marketing.

Data and Insights
Leadership of marketing programmes in support of the business and marketing plans
Relevant Post Graduate Commercial Degree with specialisation in Marketing Management, or
Business Management, Economics, Finance
Project or programme management
5 to 8 years experience in a similar environment, of which 2 to 3 years ideally at management level in a managerial marketing position
Bias for action
Marketing Mojo
Relevant Bachelors Degree
Proficient in relevant software packages and applications
Market and customer insights
Marketing background and knowledge of relevant marketing standards and methodologies
