The candidate will be reporting to the Operations Manager.  Duties & Responsibilities • Plan and operate an efficient production of all products • Minimise waste products • Continuously improve and implement new systems and process technologies • Oversee maximum product traceability • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping of production areas • Setting up production capital, operating and maintenance budgets • Involved in the design, layout and setting up of new production lines • Health and Safety Custodian Desired Experience & Qualification • Management and Food Technology Qualification (Not negotiable) • 5 – 8 years Management and Production Experience • Sound knowledge of production processes • Experience in lean manufacturing • Excellent problem solving and Analytical skills • Leadership and Management Skills • Ability to relate at all levels • Honest, ethical with high performance standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail Package & Remuneration Market related salary with benefits Interested?
