Fmcg Inventory Manager – Logistics Industry

Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading logistics company in Gauteng to find an experienced FMCG Inventory Manager.
As an FMCG Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inventory control and management processes in the Logistics Industry.


Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
Implement inventory control procedures and processes
Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
Analyze inventory reports and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage a team of inventory staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management within the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
