Let's see what it takes What You Will Do: Providing exceptional technical support via calls, emails, and chats Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases Working with cross-functional teams Ensure customers' satisfaction Securely work with customers' sensitive information What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent German and English (at least C1, written and verbal) Basic technical knowledge of Intercom Experience in technical support Ability to work collaboratively in a team Independent and proactive approach to work Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Will be a great plus: Technical background Degree in computer science or information technology Benefits and Perks: Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, South Africa time Opportunity to work fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Good bonuses for referring friends Paid intensive training and probation Work-life balance Responsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development Who are we?
