What you will do: Communicate effectively with partnering merchantsManage the entire onboarding process post-deal closureSend emails, schedule demo calls, and guide customers through the installation processAct as a liaison between customers and the internal support and IT teamsConduct regular check-ins with existing customers to ensure satisfactionOversee the renewal process for all customersIdentify opportunities to expand customer usage and recommend additional servicesAssist in managing large projects requiring extra coordination and attention to detailAddress any logistical challenges that may ariseWhat you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)Mandatory 1+ year experience in account management or customer successConflict resolution and de-escalation skillsSales orientation with a focus on customer retention and growthAbility to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships simultaneouslyMature and responsible attitudePersonal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)Will be a great plus: Experience in a SaaS environmentBenefits and Perks: Opportunity to work fully remotelyInclusive international environmentCompensation in USDGood bonuses for referring friendsPaid intensive training and probationWork-life balanceResponsive management interested in your growth and long-lasting cooperationGreenhouse conditions for self-developmentWho we are: SupportYourApp is a Support-as-a-Service company that provides secure technical, customer support, and CX services for tech companies around the globe.
