We are looking for a passionate and motivated Flexible Independent Travel Manager to join our team and help clients create unforgettable journeys.
QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in travel consulting.High level knowledge of Africa destinations.Minimum of 1 year in a management position.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in travel consulting.Minimum of 1 year in a management position.ResponsibilitiesProviding a team of FIT consultants with sales direction and support.Monitoring first responses on all new enquiries and distributing to consultants.Managing quotes & emails to agents.Systems management (Tourplan / HubSpot).Producing weekly and monthly statistics on sales and enquiries.Advising team on putting together itineraries; dealing with any issues that may arise.Ensuring the information is correct, monitoring follow-ups, replies.Answering enquiries if/when needed.Supervising/providing training schedules for any new staff as needed.
