Fleet Team Leader

Minimum requirements: Matric Code 14 and pdp Minimum 5 years Experience in the bus industry as a supervisor or team leader (drivers/manager) Management of depot supervisors and drivers Compiling depot reports from supervisors Ensuring validity of pdps bus roadworthy certificates of all drivers and supervisors Training supervisors and drivers on customer service and driver conduct Coordinating service schedules for buses with fleet controller and fleet maintenance supervisor Ensuring compliance with company clocking and onboarding systems of supervisors and drivers Ensuring drivers and supervisors adhere to SLA requirements for scholar transport in the depots Addressing and resolving supervisors managerial problems Advising supervisors on driver selection for private hire Co-ordinating pre trip planning with supervisors and fleet controller Submission of pre- and post-trip inspection sheets of drivers to fleet controller for drivers Reporting driver performance and supervisors to management at the head office Assisting Fleet Maintenance supervisor or fleet controller as and when required Consultant: Vonne Scholtz - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
