Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Kia vehicles to Corporate Clients via the dealer network as well as planning, managing, and monitoring the implementation of vehicle fleet activities and processes to enhance a holistic selling approach to satisfy clients needs.
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities
Promotes, sells & secures vehicle orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Introduce, with presentations, Kia Corporate Fleet to at least x15 new corporate clients per month and register on the Kia Corporate Fleet website– own initiation.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Arranges vehicle evaluations at fleet owners, ensuring that vehicles on test are always in pristine condition.
Facilitate corporate fleet sales.
Ensure favourable relationships between Kia Corporate Fleet and the dealer network.
Ensure all daily interactions are recorded on CMS / Kia fleet.
Makes telephone calls, online and in-person visits with presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Identifies advantages and compares Kia's Corporate Fleet products/services.
Participates in trade shows, corporate events and conventions.
Plans and organises personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the allocated area.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the KIA Fleet department.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, finance, distribution and aftersales.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Carry out additional reasonable duties from time to time at the discretion of management.

Qualifications and Experience
Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates in Sales and Marketing, preferably.
Over 3 years Fleet Sales experience in the motor industry.
Managerial experience is advantageous.
Valid South African drivers license
