Fleet/ Maintenance Controller

Job Responsibilities
Daily Kms Reports: Managing and reporting on service performance.

Planning and Scheduling Services:
For Trucks and Trailers

Planning and Scheduling Repairs:
For trucks and trailers – incidents

Tyre Management:
And wheel alignment scheduling

Procurement:
For spares to be kept at offices (JHB, CPT, KZN)

Licence Disk Renewals:
And roadworthy (Trucks and Trailers)

Adhoc Repairs:
Managing repairs as needed

Rental Vehicles:
Maintenance/repairs and services management

After Hours Breakdowns:
Responding to incidents that occur outside regular hours

Accident Claims:
To insurance and/or recoveries

Administration and Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Reporting:
Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Adhoc Duties:
Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed
