Fleet/ Maintenance Controller

Job Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities:

Daily Kms reports on services
Planning and scheduling services for Trucks and Trailers
Planning and scheduling repairs for trucks and trailers – incidents
Tyre Management and wheel alignment scheduling
Procurement for spares to be kept at offices (JHB, CPT, KZN)
Licence disk renewals and roadworthy (Trucks and Trailers)
Adhoc repairs
Managing the rental vehicles Maintenance/repairs and services
After hours breakdowns
Accident claims to insurance and or recoveries
Administration and record keeping

Reporting:

Daily/weekly/monthly reports

Other Duties:

Adhoc duties
